Do you offer same-day dog walking appointments?
Yes, we accommodate same-day bookings based on walker availability. To ensure your pup gets their walk at their preferred time, we recommend calling us.
What neighborhoods do you currently serve?
We provide pet care services all around the Cleveland area.
Are your dog walkers insured?
Absolutely. The safety of your pet and the security of your home are our top priorities. Every member of our team is insured and has passed a rigorous vetting.
Where do you take the dogs for their walks?
We customize our routes based on your dog’s energy level and your preferences. Typically, we walk different routes through your immediate neighborhood.
Do you offer pack walks or solo dog walking?
We specialize in solo dog walks to ensure your pups get 100% of our attention, care and supervision. If you have multiple dogs from the same household, we are happy to walk up to two dogs at a time.
How do I know my dog actually got their walk?
We believe in transparency. After every walk, you will receive a real-time update via our mobile app, PetPocketbook, which includes: a GPS map of the route walked; a report card detailing potties, treats and water; cute photos of your dog on their adventure.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule any walk free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations made fewer than 48 hours ahead of time, will be charged at the full rate to compensate for our reserved time.
How do you handle severe weather?
Rain or shine, we walk! However, in cases of extreme weather (such as severe thunderstorms, extreme heat, or dangerous winter storms), we will shorten the outdoor walk for the safety of your dog and our walker. The remaining time will be spent playing indoors, giving them love, mental stimulation, and a water refresh.
What happens if my walker has an emergency or takes vacation?
Not to worry! We have a team of people and when one of us is unavailable, another steps in. We pride ourselves on always showing up for your pet. We know your pet is counting on us and we’ll get it done.
Can I book a same day appointment?
Sometimes life happens – we get it – and we’ll do our very best to work in last-minute requests, if at all possible. However, a small late booking fee will be incurred.
